THE HOLIDAY THRIVE GUIDE

An interactive audio course for holiday healing

Reframe. Release. Reimagine.

As we inch closer to the holiday season (I can smell the pumpkin spice coffee), some of us look forward to all the joy and excitement to come, while others anxiously prepare to be confronted with family drama, toxicity and triggering interactions.

WE AIN’T DOIN THAT THIS YEAR SIS.

You deserve to be able to celebrate the holidays in peace.

Introducing...

The Holiday Thrive Guide:

An interactive audio course for holiday healing

A series of guided meditations, journaling prompts and practices that invite you to show up this holiday season as your absolute best self.

This is for women who dread the holiday season because of all the anticipated drama and stress that comes with the season. You want to spend time with your family, you love them -- but you don’t love being super stressed because of it. Every year, you start out with high hopes, and by the end a holiday gathering you’re drained, upset and triggered. You wish there was a way to engage with loved ones, celebrate the festive vibes, and still maintain your own sanity.

There is.

The point of this holiday survival guide is to give you the freedom to be present. It’s not to wallow in self-pity or victim consciousness, it’s not to play the blame game, it’s not to relive past trauma and make us feel shitty. The purpose of this guide is to introduce meditation as a tool to create healthier, happier holiday memories.

Ultimately, only you are responsible for your feelings and experiences, so why wait for Santa to bring you the peace you need during this time?

That’s exactly what you’ll invite in when you complete The Holiday Thrive Guide.

MEET SHELAH MARIE

As storytelling is very important building blocks to how we experience life, meditation is just as important. I have found meditation to be my ultimate healer throughout my journey to happiness, self-love, love of others, and overall womanhood.
I created this guide because I suffered through many holiday seasons being anxious about the inevitable run-ins with people that trigger me, and mourning scenarios that went from holiday to HELLIDAY (yes, I am that corny).

Seriously, I used meditations just like these to avoid spending Christmas crying in my bed, watching A Christmas Story for the 80th time.

If meditation helped me, I am confident that it can help you too.

Here’s what’s included in The Holiday Thrive Guide:

  • MP3 guided meditations specifically created to promote healing around the following holidays: Thanksgiving, Christmas and New Years.

  • Short journaling prompts to help you to reflect on your meditation experience

  • Simple practices that help to reinforce the lessons you learn in your everyday life

You can choose to download the PDFs to write down answers for the journaling prompts/practices (recommended) or just listen to the guide completely by audio.

Yep, you can do this whole guide without a computer or writing, if you choose.

FAQS

How is the Holiday Thrive Guide formatted?

  • The Holiday Thrive Guide includes audio tracks, journaling prompts, and practices. For each holiday, I provide some context and lead you through a guided meditation. You then will move on to completing the journaling prompts and practices. To get the most out of this offering -- commit yourself to doing everything.

What’s the best way to experience the Thrive Guide?

  • The meditations are meant to be done in a comfortable position with your eyes closed. Be sure that you are in a private place and give yourself as much time as you need to move through the audio and any feelings that may come up.

Since the meditations are in audio form, are they something that I can listen to while driving?

  • Absolutely not. We want you to have a safe and peaceful holiday season, no driving during the meditation.

Can I listen to the meditations out loud?

  • I recommend using headphones while listening to the meditations.
